Covenant and Emma Legal have announced a strategic partnership aimed at speeding up venture deal execution by combining AI-powered document review and legal due diligence.
The collaboration brings together Covenant’s AI-driven investment review capabilities with Emma Legal’s due diligence workspace, designed to reduce bottlenecks in document review and risk assessment and make transactions faster and more predictable.
