Eudia has announced a partnership with ServiceNow to bring AI-driven, autonomous legal workflows into enterprise environments.
The collaboration integrates Eudia’s Enterprise System of Intelligence and decision engine into ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery and Contract Management Pro, enabling organisations to automate legal requests, apply internal playbooks and embed expert judgment directly into business processes.
Omar Haroun, Founder and CEO of Eudia, said: “ServiceNow has built the system of action for the modern enterprise. Eudia has built the system of intelligence that captures how organizations actually make decisions.”
The companies said the partnership is designed to help legal teams move beyond workflow automation towards governed, AI-powered execution, with a focus on improving speed, consistency and control across enterprise legal operations.
