Tickets

Yes, you can secure your ticket via invoice. All you need to do is send an email to [email protected].

Simply include the following details in the email:

  1. Which ticket type you want to buy and how many
  2. The following details for each ticket:
    - Name
    - Email
    - Company
    - Job Title
    - Country

Yes, you need to pay VAT on the ticket no matter where your company is based.

As we are based in the UK and the place of supply is in the UK, UK VAT rules apply.

You can of course follow the UK VAT reclaim scheme to reclaim the VAT as an EU company: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/refunds-of-uk-vat-for-non-uk-businesses-or-eu-vat-for-uk-businesses (under point 2 the trade fair example is mentioned specifically).

Arrival & On-Site Info

Registration opens at 8:00 AM on Thursday, 26 June, and the event officially closes at 5:00 PM on Friday, 27 June.

You can explore the full agenda now — and once you've downloaded the event app, you can easily curate your personal schedule, locking in the sessions and meetings that matter most.

Want to stay extra organised? You can even sync your agenda straight to your own calendar.

No, all sessions are open to all attendees, with the exception of workshops (which have a capacity limit) and roundtables (which are invite-only).

Your vibe is what we’re after. There’s no dress code, if you’re a tie person, go for it. Prefer a hoodie? That’s cool too. Comfort and confidence are key, so wear whatever makes you feel like your best self.

Yes, for everyone’s safety, there will be security personnel onsite. Please be prepared for standard security procedures upon arrival. All attendees will need to wear their event badge at all times to access the venue. We also ask that you respect the event’s code of conduct, ensuring a safe and professional environment for everyone. Arrive a little earlier to allow enough time for the process, so you can get settled in without any stress.

Facilities

Absolutely! We’ve got you covered with a variety of food stations, snack stops, smoothies, and plenty of coffee to keep you fueled throughout the day. We’ll have veggie, vegan, and pescatarian-friendly options available, but if you have any specific dietary needs, let us know ahead of time so we can make sure we’ve got something perfect for you. And yes - it’s all included in the price of your ticket!

Yes! Cloakroom facilities will be available to make your day easier.

Yes! You will find Wi-Fi details printed on the back of your badge.

Yes! Across all three event floors, you'll find dedicated spaces with tables, comfy seating, and access to power outlets - perfect for meetings and catching up on work.

Definitely. Hit up the Chill & Charge Lounge - the perfect spot to unwind, recharge your devices, and catch your breath.

Car parking at InterContinental London – The O2 is available, but space is limited and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, parking cannot be reserved in advance. We recommend using public transport wherever possible. North Greenwich station (Jubilee Line) is just a short walk away, making it easy to get to the venue.

Other Important Information

Yes, the venue is fully accessible. We have lifts, ramps, and accessible facilities for those with mobility difficulties. We understand that accessibility needs can vary, so if you require any specific accommodations, please reach out to us at [email protected] ahead of time. We’re happy to support you in making your experience as comfortable as possible.

Unfortunately, each attendee must have their own ticket. If you need assistance from a carer, please let us know at [email protected] and we'll make the necessary arrangements for you and your carer.
