Yes, you need to pay VAT on the ticket no matter where your company is based.
As we are based in the UK and the place of supply is in the UK, UK VAT rules apply.

No, all sessions are open to all attendees, with the exception of workshops (which have a capacity limit) and roundtables (which are invite-only).

Yes, for everyone’s safety, there will be security personnel onsite. Please be prepared for standard security procedures upon arrival. All attendees will need to wear their event badge at all times to access the venue. We also ask that you respect the event’s code of conduct, ensuring a safe and professional environment for everyone. Arrive a little earlier to allow enough time for the process, so you can get settled in without any stress.
Absolutely! We’ve got you covered with a variety of food stations, snack stops, smoothies, and plenty of coffee to keep you fueled throughout the day. We’ll have veggie, vegan, and pescatarian-friendly options available, but if you have any specific dietary needs, let us know ahead of time so we can make sure we’ve got something perfect for you. And yes - it’s all included in the price of your ticket!

Car parking at InterContinental London – The O2 is available, but space is limited and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, parking cannot be reserved in advance. We recommend using public transport wherever possible. North Greenwich station (Jubilee Line) is just a short walk away, making it easy to get to the venue.
