Harvey has announced $200 million in new funding, co-led by GIC and Sequoia, valuing the company at $11 billion. The round includes participation from existing investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Coatue, Conviction Partners, Elad Gil, Evantic, and Kleiner Perkins.

The investment will be used to expand the use of AI agents across legal workflows and grow the company’s legal engineering teams globally. Harvey says organisations are increasingly deploying agents to automate multi-step processes across areas such as M&A, due diligence, and contract drafting.

“AI isn’t just assisting lawyers. It’s becoming the system through which legal work gets done,” said Winston Weinberg, CEO and co-founder of Harvey. “The law firms and in-house teams leading the way are building agents that execute complex workflows so lawyers can focus on judgment, strategy, and outcomes.”
