HaystackID has acquired legal technology company eDiscovery AI, expanding its capabilities in generative AI for legal, compliance, regulatory and cybersecurity workflows. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition builds on an existing partnership between the companies, with eDiscovery AI’s technology already integrated into HaystackID’s AI offerings to help legal teams move from large data volumes to actionable insights.
Chad Pinson, Chief Executive Officer of HaystackID, commented: “Our clients are asking for easy-to-deploy GenAI capabilities that deliver deep insights, defensible results and adaptability to changing use cases.”
HaystackID said the acquisition will strengthen its AI engineering and product development efforts as organisations increasingly operationalise generative AI across investigations, regulatory response and legal review.
