Henry’s 17-year tenure at ALM (American Lawyer Media) saw him rise to Senior Vice President, where he was instrumental in architecting the global LegalTech platform. Under his leadership, LegalTech evolved from a trade event to the definitive convening point for law firms, corporate legal departments, and technology innovators.
Following his success at ALM, Henry was repeatedly recruited by private equity and boards for executive roles requiring complex transformation.
