Intapp and Harvey have announced plans for a strategic partnership aimed at bringing industry-standard ethical wall enforcement directly into Harvey’s platform, positioning the integration as a way to pair AI productivity with regulatory trust.

Under the partnership, Intapp Walls for AI will be used to ensure interactions within Harvey’s enterprise deployments respect compliance obligations such as ethical walls, confidentiality and jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements. The companies said existing Intapp policies will automatically sync with Harvey’s access and sharing controls across Assistant, Vault and Workflows, helping make AI interactions permissioned and auditable.

John Hall, CEO of Intapp, said: “Together, Intapp and Harvey are enabling governed AI that protects client confidentiality and firm integrity today.”

Winston Weinberg, CEO of Harvey, added: “This partnership ensures that the same ethical walls that lawyers trust and rely on are enforced inside Harvey.”
