Lawhive has raised €50 million in Series B funding to accelerate its expansion across the US and scale its AI-native consumer law firm model.
The round was led by Mitch Rales, Co-Founder of Danaher Corporation, with participation from TQ Ventures, GV, Balderton Capital, Jigsaw, Anton Levy and LTS. The raise follows Lawhive’s €37.9 million Series A last year, with the company saying annual revenue now exceeds €29 million after sevenfold growth.
Pierre Proner, CEO and Co-Founder, said: “Everyday legal matters remain costly and unpredictable for millions of people, while lawyers are held back by manual processes that limit their efficiency and scale of their legal practices.”
Founded in 2021, Lawhive combines a network of lawyers with AI-powered workflow tools, including its AI paralegal Lawrence, and says it now operates in 35 US states. The company plans to open a New York office alongside its Austin presence to support its next stage of growth.
