LegalOn Technologies, a global leader in legal AI for contracting, announced the appointment of Vanessa Butnick Davis as Chief Product Officer. In this role, Davis will lead all aspects of the company’s global product vision, strategy and roadmap, including development of agentic legal AI that meets the evolving needs of global legal teams.
The addition of Davis, a seasoned legal technology executive with a track record of scaling innovative and customer-focused products, comes during a period of exponential growth for the company. Last month, LegalOn announced its $50 million Series E, led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives (Goldman Sachs), bringing the company’s total funding to $200 million. Over the past year, LegalOn quadrupled its business in the US and UK and surpassed 7,000 customers globally.
