Ropes & Gray LLP announces the hiring of the firm’s first Chief of Artificial Intelligence Strategy, making Ropes & Gray among the first AmLaw 25 firms to establish such a position. Gretchen Greene will serve in the new role to accelerate the firm’s leadership in legal AI adoption and innovation across its global offices and practices. Gretchen joins the firm with a distinguished track record as an AI innovator, most recently leading Meta’s AI adoption for policy and legal teams.
As Chief of AI Strategy, Gretchen will work closely with Chief Information Officer Marsha Stein to amplify and accelerate Ropes & Gray’s cohesive AI strategy and create measurable value for clients. AI is supercharging legal excellence and client service delivery. Gretchen will advance focus on these investments.
