Wordsmith and Cognia Law have announced a strategic partnership aimed at helping in-house Legal Teams drive measurable outcomes from AI, pairing Wordsmith’s platform with Cognia’s managed services and legal engineering support.

Cognia will embed Wordsmith within its managed legal services and support clients with implementation, configuration, and operationalisation inside their legal departments, across workflows including contracting, governance, workflow orchestration, and compliance.

Ross McNairn, CEO of Wordsmith, commented: “In-house legal teams are looking for technology that integrates effectively within their broader ecosystem, not standalone tools or incomplete implementations.” Janet Taylor-Hall, CEO of Cognia Law, added: “We are providing a structured and governed pathway to AI adoption, from initial deployment through to sustained operational performance.”
