Counselect is founded by the team that built Vahura, the first-mover firm in specialist legal and governance recruitment in India.
The strategic combination of Counselect’s expertise in talent and consulting with Lawmetrik’s metric-driven solutions positions the merged entity as a market leader in business and value consulting for corporate legal departments. Quantascend acted as deal advisors to Counselect, with legal counsel provided by INDUSLAW. Acumen advised Lawmetrik on the deal, while YNZ Legal and Mahika Parikh served as legal advisors.
