Definely, an AI-powered legal tech company that enables lawyers to efficiently and accurately review complex contracts, has launched ‘Cascade’, a first-of-its-kind solution. The product detects and tracks the ripple effects of changes across entire contracts, helping improve document quality, reduce risk, and streamline drafting and review workflows.
Built on top of Definely’s existing Agentic Framework technology and their Draft product, which analyses the structure and relationships within contracts, ‘Cascade’ leverages sophisticated embedding technology & Large Language Models to rapidly detect semantic and structural consequences of an edit to a contract, pinpointing precisely where other language adjustments are needed across the rest of the contract, significantly reducing the risk of missing important consequences.
