GC AI has launched Contract Intelligence, a new capability that enables in-house legal teams to query hundreds of thousands of signed contracts in plain English, turning unstructured legal documents into a searchable source of business intelligence.
Designed for post-signature contract analysis, Contract Intelligence allows users to ask questions across large contract repositories and receive cited answers within minutes. The platform also identifies document status, links related agreements such as amendments and renewals, automatically renames files according to company conventions and integrates with repositories including Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox and Ironclad.
The launch forms part of GC AI’s biggest product release to date, which also includes in-product legal AI training, an API for embedding legal answers into business applications, in-chat redlining and new agent connectors.
Cecilia Ziniti, Co-Founder and CEO of GC AI, said: “Companies tell us that expensive contract management systems aren’t delivering the insights they need, to where they literally can’t tell what’s in their contracts without hours of work from the legal team. Contract Intelligence means you never have to wonder what’s in your contracts again. You just ask, and drive the business forward.”
