Mary Technology and Maurice Blackburn have launched a new collaboration to integrate Mary Technology’s Fact Management System into the firm’s daily operations. The ongoing pilot will help streamline fact management, improve efficiency, and redefine how practitioners within the firm manage cases, with Maurice Blackburn to utilise Mary Technology across key legal workflows.

Mary Technology officially launched its Fact Management System (FMS) into the legal profession earlier this year, a new legal tech category addressing “fact chaos”. The system enables legal teams to rapidly extract, organise, and analyse case facts from large volumes of documents, particularly useful in litigation, personal injury, class actions, and other practice areas.

“We are delighted to be working with the team from Mary, supporting a homegrown start-up with a deep focus on innovating legal workflows. Maurice Blackburn is committed to investing in innovative technologies that support our lawyers and paralegals navigate the volumes of manual tasks and document reviews they face every day,” Maurice Blackburn chief digital officer, Greg Emsley, said.

“Maurice Blackburn is one of the largest and most forward-thinking firms in Australia, and we’re thrilled that they share our vision that the Fact Management System is a critical solution to the fact chaos lawyers face every day,” Mary Technology co-founder and COO Rowan McNamee, said. “We’re excited to grow this partnership and help drive real transformation across the Australian legal industry.”
