Newcode.ai has raised $6.5m in seed funding, with backing from The LegalTech Fund and Alliance VC, as it looks to expand its agentic platform for law firms and enterprises.
The company is developing what it describes as an AI-native operating system for legal work, designed to act as an intelligence layer across a firm’s existing systems, data and applications. The platform enables lawyers to delegate complex, multi-step tasks by defining outcomes, with AI returning complete deliverables.
Newcode.ai said the funding will support further development of its platform, which aims to enable intelligent, auditable and context-aware workflows across legal operations.
