Pinsent Masons has announced a strategic partnership with ContractPodAi, legal AI solutions and contract lifecycle management (CLM). At the centre of the collaboration is the adoption of Leah, ContractPodAi’s agentic AI platform, as a core technology powering Pinsent Masons’ Managed Legal Services offering. Building on the firms’ existing collaboration, the partnership will also include joint investments in developing advanced AI-driven solutions for in-house teams, such as rights management, contract performance analytics, and other applications that enhance legal and contracting capabilities at scale.
As part of the partnership, Pinsent Masons Vario, the firm’s professional services division, will use the Leah platform to power both its Managed Legal Services group and its Consulting arm. Together, these teams help in-house legal departments reduce complexity, surface insights, and improve operational efficiency through AI-driven automation. Leah’s combined CLM and AI capabilities will support the delivery of end-to-end contracting services that are faster, smarter, and easier to manage.
