Karen is the CEO of Bexley Beaumont, a boutique law firm that was established to combine the best elements of the traditional and fee-share law firm models. She previously spent over a decade as a fee-share consultant acting for high profile clients, also working as a senior employment lawyer at an international firm. Her first-hand experience means she understands the issues consultants face both in traditional and fee-share firms. 

In 2023, Karen was elected to The Law Society’s Council for a 3-year term. She has also been previously shortlisted for prestigious awards, including Management Partner of the Year at the Legal 500 Northern Powerhouse Awards. 

Karen is an experienced and passionate leader who is striving to improve the way legal services are provided and retain talent in the industry. She fosters a culture of creativity and collaboration across Bexley Beaumont and aspires to add philanthropy to this list in 2024.
