Marcin Czarnecki is the Chief Privacy Officer for PayU, one of the world’s leaders in global payments and innovative fintech. Before joining PayU, Marcin supported Prosus group portfolio companies in Europe, Latin America, Africa and India in developing their global privacy programs. 

Prior to joining Prosus, for 10 years Marcin worked for an international law firm and advised on data protection, information technology and M&A in the TMT sector. 

Marcin is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and a frequent speaker on privacy matters.
