Repario has acquired UnitedLex, combining the two businesses to create a technology-led legal services company focused on applying AI across complex legal workflows. The combined company will be led by Repario CEO David Moran.
The acquisition brings together Repario’s eDiscovery, Infrastructure as a Service and managed review services with UnitedLex’s capabilities across litigation, contracts, legal operations, intellectual property, AI advisory and incident response.
The combined business will support law firms, corporations and government agencies from centres across the US, Mexico, India, the UK and European Union, with AI-enabled workflows built around human review and accountability.
Moran commented: “Together, Repario and UnitedLex provide clients the ability to reach case strategy sooner, with costs they can predict and AI they can defend. That is how we deliver better outcomes from a partner clients can trust.”
