The Financial Times has selected Wordsmith as its enterprise legal AI platform, deploying it across its legal, compliance and company secretarial function to improve efficiency and give the business faster access to legal support.
The FT said it chose Wordsmith as a platform for the full breadth of its legal work, from contract review and drafting to compliance and wider legal support across the business. The rollout follows a structured pilot and will support teams operating across multiple jurisdictions.
Dan Guildford, General Counsel at the Financial Times, said: “We chose Wordsmith because it’s not just a tool for the legal team, it’s a platform that powers our entire legal, compliance, and company secretarial function, and gives us the foundation to connect legal to the rest of the business.”
