Bird & Bird has appointed Shahin Baghaei as Partner, strengthening its LegalTech & AI offering alongside a team of specialists joining from a Big Four firm.
Baghaei is joined by Dale Carden, Head of Legal Solutions, Carl Newman, Senior Manager, and Carolyn Guha, Manager. The team will focus on technology-enabled legal services, AI solutions and managed services designed to help clients manage legal work more efficiently and at scale.
Baghaei brings more than 15 years of experience across legal transformation, enterprise contract management and legal managed services, with particular expertise in regulated sectors including Life Sciences & Healthcare, Tech & Comms and Financial Services.
