Legal AI company Aloi has raised a further €6.1 million to accelerate product development, international expansion and commercial growth.
The funding comes from an undisclosed European venture capital fund alongside existing investors and follows the company’s previous financing round in 2025. Aloi is also preparing for a larger Series A financing later this year.
Aloi is developing a decision intelligence platform designed to help legal teams make better use of their proprietary data, institutional knowledge and previous decision-making across drafting, review and negotiation.
The company currently works with customers including Roschier, Avance and Wiersholm and operates across the Nordics, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, Spain and Portugal. The US has been identified as its next priority market.
The new funding will support continued investment in Aloi’s engineering and commercial teams as the company expands internationally.
