Legal AI company Newcode has raised Series A funding, bringing its total capital raised in 2026 to $20 million.
The round was led by OnDean Forward, with significant participation from The LegalTech Fund alongside Antiportfolio Ventures, Relativity’s investment arm Rel Labs and existing investors. The funding will support Newcode’s US expansion, including product development, customer support, go-to-market activity and strategic partnerships across the Am Law 200.
Newcode now works with more than 60 law firms and government agencies across Europe and the US, with annual recurring revenue more than tripling over the past 12 months. Its platform is designed to help law firms connect data, systems and workflows while retaining control over how AI is deployed.
Maged Helmy, Founder and CEO of Newcode, said: “But to transform to AI-native, the legal market needs control and flexibility. Our mission is to help firms build AI capabilities that are truly their own.”
