Undo Capital has launched what it describes as the UK’s first AI-native equity management and fundraising platform built specifically for early-stage startups.
The platform brings together fundraising, cap table management, SEIS/EIS Advance Assurance, compliance, document generation and investor collaboration into a single AI-powered workflow. Undo Capital said the platform is designed to reduce the administrative burden of fundraising while keeping founders in control through a human-in-the-loop approach.
The company said its AI Copilot is trained on HMRC guidance and UK startup regulations, helping founders prepare funding rounds, assess eligibility and generate compliance documentation. The platform also includes real-time dilution modelling, AI-powered data rooms, electronic signatures and Companies House documentation.
Valeriia Volkova, Founder and CEO of Undo Capital, commented: “Founders do not experience fundraising as a series of isolated tasks. Every time information has to be re-entered in a new system, every time a cap table update does not flow through to a compliance record, that is where time and money disappear. We built Undo Capital to make that problem go away.”
