Board Intelligence and Juristic have announced a partnership aimed at bringing governance and legal technology closer together through AI-powered workflows and productivity tools.
Juristic, the Copenhagen-based legal technology company, will continue operating with its existing team and platform while benefiting from Board Intelligence’s resources and investment. The companies said the partnership will accelerate product development and support new innovations spanning governance, legal operations and AI.
Juristic’s platform is used by organisations including PwC, Bird & Bird and Bech-Bruun, while Board Intelligence supports more than 80,000 leaders across the Fortune 500, FTSE 100 and OMX 30.
