Relativity has integrated RelativityOne with Microsoft Copilot through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), allowing legal teams to carry out administrative workflows using natural language within Copilot.

The integration enables users to create workspaces, organise case data and manage legal operations through Copilot Cowork, while Copilot Chat can be used for reporting tasks including analysing workspace access and generating administrative reports. Further orchestration capabilities are planned for Copilot Chat later this year.

The move forms part of Relativity’s wider strategy to extend RelativityOne into the tools legal professionals already use, following recent MCP expansions and plans to integrate Gavel’s Microsoft Word capabilities into the platform.

Chris Brown, President of Relativity, said: “Copilot is now one more place our users can take action in RelativityOne in plain language without leaving Microsoft 365.”
