Female-founded legal AI company Aavalynx has raised €1.75 million (£1.5 million) in pre-Seed funding to expand its dispute intelligence platform.
The round was led by Omega Ventures, with participation from Two Ravens and angel investors from the legal and technology sectors. Founded in 2023 by dispute resolution lawyer Hanna Roos, Aavalynx helps enterprises analyse dispute portfolios, assess risk earlier and reduce the cost and complexity of legal disputes.
Its AI-native platform, Sisu, supports the dispute lifecycle from early assessment to hearings, with tools for chronology building, document analysis and metadata extraction.
Hanna Roos, Founder and CEO of Aavalynx, said: “Current AI tools, by and large, improve lawyer efficiency. But efficiency is not good enough. The fact is that good tools make disputes efficient, but great ones make them disappear.”
