Manifest has announced the international launch of its AI-native legal services, with plans to open offices in more than 40 countries over the next 12 months. The expansion brings employers’ U.S. and international immigration needs under a centralised global team working on Manifest OS, its proprietary AI platform.
Manifest OS powers the Manifest Law brand of law firms, which offer fixed-fee pricing rather than the billable hour. Manifest Law has more than 400 corporate immigration clients in the U.S.
The launch follows Manifest OS’s $60 million Series A at a $750 million valuation six months ago, which the company describes as the largest Series A in legal technology history.
Dan Mishin, Founder and CEO of Manifest OS, said the aim is to “bring together experienced local counsel, a centralized global team and one operating system to deliver the same reliable, high-quality immigration support wherever our law firms’ clients hire and move talent.”
