Blee has raised $20 million in Series A funding to expand its AI-powered marketing compliance platform, bringing its total funding to $27 million.
The round was co-led by Fin Capital and SMBC Fin Atlas Beyond Fund, with participation from Hannah Grey VC and National Bank of Canada. Existing investors Y Combinator, Penny Jar Capital and Cardumen Capital also backed the round.
Founded in 2022, Blee helps legal, compliance and brand teams review and govern marketing content, including the growing volume of AI-generated material. The company says its annual recurring revenue grew tenfold between June 2025 and June 2026, with customers including SoFi Technologies. The funding will support product development and expansion into new industries and markets.
Matthew Mann, General Partner at Fin Capital, said: “We’ve been watching the problem of content growth for enterprise marketing teams across industries and within our network for years. Blee is the first platform we’ve seen that’s actually built for the scale of it.”
