Ctrl AI has appointed Jennifer Ryans as Director of Strategic Partnerships for Housing & Alternative Dispute Resolution as the company expands its work across the housing, ombudsman and dispute resolution sectors.
Ryans brings more than a decade of senior leadership experience, including roles as Head of Dispute Resolution at the Housing Ombudsman and Deputy Chief Operating Officer at the Pensions Ombudsman. She will continue to serve as Non-Executive Director at The Property Ombudsman alongside her new position.
In the role, Ryans will lead strategic partnerships and support organisations adopting AI as housing providers prepare for tighter complaint-handling requirements and the next phase of Awaab’s Law, which comes into force on 30 November 2026.
