NetDocuments has introduced a reimagined platform experience built around what it describes as the legal industry’s first context graph, designed to map relationships across matters, documents and communications at firm scale.
The company said the platform continuously connects hundreds of millions of records while preserving existing permissions and ethical walls, enabling lawyers and AI agents to work from a firm’s institutional knowledge rather than isolated document uploads.
The new experience surfaces contextual matter overviews, semantic search and AI-powered workflows across NetDocuments and Microsoft 365. It also allows external AI tools connected through ndConnect to access permission-aware firm knowledge.
Josh Baxter, CEO of NetDocuments, commented: “Legal data is fundamentally different. It is language, not fields, and unlocking its meaning requires understanding it as a connected whole.”
