Newcode has formed a strategic alliance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA), integrating the organisation’s arbitration and mediation clauses directly into its platform.
The collaboration will allow legal and business teams to incorporate established AAA clause language into contracts and agentic AI drafting workflows. Newcode users will also be able to build bespoke AI agents that draft, refine and analyse arbitration and mediation language using the AAA clause library.
The integration is designed to make ADR language available at the point of drafting, with interactions logged and auditable within Newcode’s controlled environment.
