Clio has appointed former Michigan Supreme Court Chief Justice Bridget Mary McCormack as General Manager, Judiciary, as the legal technology company expands its work with courts.
McCormack will join Clio in October 2026 and lead the market and commercial strategy for its judiciary business. She will work alongside Pablo Arredondo, Senior Vice President, Judiciary, who joined in August and is leading product and strategic direction.
McCormack spent nearly a decade on the Michigan Supreme Court, including four years as Chief Justice. Her appointment follows Clio’s acquisition of vLex and comes as the company looks to expand its technology into courts, judicial organisations and dispute resolution organisations.
Jack Newton, CEO and Founder of Clio, commented: “Bridget understands this market at a level very few people do. She has led courts, worked across the justice system, and knows what it takes to earn the confidence of the institutions we want to serve.”
