DLA Piper counsels Rosen Swiss Holdings on majority stake sale to Partners Group

Global law firm has counselled Rosen Swiss Holdings in a majority stake of global Rosen Group to private markets investment management company Partners Group.

The DLA Piper advisory team was led by corporate and M&A counsel Dr Isaschar Nicolaysen and partner Dr Benjamin Parameswaran. Members of the Argentina, Australia, Austria, Canada, China, Colombia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, UAE, UK, and US offices also advised on the transaction, in addition to assistance from Brazil, Egypt, India, Malaysia, Malta and Switzerland-based law firms.

Rosen Group is an asset integrity services company and offers inspection of industrial assets, such as equipment, pipelines and installations, within the. It has clients in over 120 countries and more than 4000 employees. The transaction forms part of founder Hermann Rosen’s succession plan and is intended to strengthen the stability of the company and facilitate its expansion into future energy sources.
