Emma Legal has launched a new integration with Thomson Reuters HighQ, allowing M&A lawyers to move client documents directly from HighQ into Emma’s due diligence workflows.
The integration connects HighQ’s transaction management and collaboration environment with Emma’s AI-powered due diligence platform. Emma said the update removes the need to manually transfer documents, allowing teams to review files, flag gaps and generate preliminary due diligence insights faster.
The company said the integration is designed to help M&A lawyers move from document triage to analysis earlier in the deal process, with due diligence intelligence now connected to the workspace many teams already use to manage transactions.
