Announced at LegalTechTalk 2026, LEGALFLY has launched Collaborator Access, a new capability designed to give business teams access to legal AI workflows while operating within guardrails defined by in-house legal teams.
The update allows employees in functions such as procurement, sales, HR and operations to review contracts, ask legal questions and trigger legal workflows without requiring full legal platform access. LEGALFLY said the goal is to reduce pressure on legal teams while ensuring legal work is completed in a controlled and auditable environment.
The company said Collaborator Access has already been introduced with organisations including Wealins, part of Foyer Group, and DAS Rechtsbijstand, where teams outside the legal department are using the platform for legal and compliance-related workflows.
Ruben Miessen, CEO of LEGALFLY, said: “Everybody knows that legal AI makes legal teams faster, but we want to make entire businesses faster.”
