Legora has acquired London-based legal technology company Wexler, bringing its fact intelligence capabilities into the company’s agentic AI platform and establishing a new engineering hub in London. The acquisition marks Legora’s fifth acquisition of 2026.

Founded in 2023, Wexler develops technology that extracts, verifies and reasons over facts from large, unstructured document sets. Its platform is used by litigation, investigations and in-house legal teams, and will now become part of Legora’s agentic operating system to support factual analysis across disputes, investigations and corporate legal work.

“Every dispute and every investigation comes down to the facts, and finding them is often the most manual and expensive part of legal work,” said Max Junestrand, CEO and Co-Founder of Legora. “As agentic systems take on more of that work, fact queries won’t just grow, they’ll multiply by orders of magnitude. Wexler is the infrastructure built to handle that scale today.”

The acquisition follows Legora’s $600 million Series D funding round earlier this year, which valued the company at $5.6 billion.
