Legora has announced a $50m extension to its Series D financing, bringing the total round to $600m and valuing the company at $5.6bn post-money.
The extension adds Atlassian and NVentures (NVIDIA’s venture arm) as corporate investors, alongside financial backers including Airtree, Barclays, Geodesic, Insight, Liberty Global and Nikesh Arora. The funding follows a period of rapid growth, with Legora recently surpassing $100m in annual recurring revenue and expanding to more than 1,000 organisations across 50+ markets.
Max Junestrand, CEO and Co-Founder of Legora, said: “Enterprise AI is now entering a new phase… where AI doesn’t just assist, but executes autonomously with the right level of human oversight.”
