Lexroom has completed its first acquisitions, acquiring Query Juriste in France and Praven Intelekt in Bulgaria as the legal AI company expands its presence to five European markets.
The deals extend Lexroom’s operations beyond Italy, Germany and Spain, where it expanded organically. The founding teams of both acquired companies will join Lexroom and continue to lead development in their respective markets, while the Query Juriste and Praven Intelekt brands will gradually transition into Lexroom.
Query Juriste brings nearly 300 subscribed law firms and around 1,000 daily professional users in France, while its platform is connected to more than five million French and European legal documents. Praven Intelekt has more than 900 subscribed law firms and gives Lexroom its first presence in Central and Eastern Europe.
Etienne Le Guay, co-founder of Query Juriste, will lead Lexroom’s development in France, while Siyanna Lilova, co-founder of Praven Intelekt, becomes Head of Central and Eastern Europe.
The acquisitions follow Lexroom’s $50 million Series B in May 2026. The company says it now serves more than 20,000 law firms and legal professionals across its markets and surpassed €20 million in annual recurring revenue this summer.
