New Zealand law firm Anderson Lloyd will be adopting NetDocuments as its new document management system (DMS). The cloud platform will now assist the firm’s 170 partners and staff across nationwide offices with secure and streamlined management of documents and emails. This is part of a broader IT transformation within the firm with the objective of boosting lawyer productivity.

The current practice management system (PMS) in Anderson Lloyd will be replaced with NetDocuments, creating a more flexible and innovative work environment. The artificial intelligence (AI) driven technology, predictive email filing assisted by ndMail, will allow Anderson Lloyd’s lawyers to operate more efficiently within Microsoft Outlook without compromise. This intelligent folder mapping addition from NetDocuments will provide the law firm with a secure and future-proof platform.

Richard Greenaway, CEO of Anderson Lloyd, shared his views on the new collaboration with NetDocuments. He stated how the impressive security features and the long-term reliability of NetDocuments’ product attracted the firm. “We strive for excellence in everything we do to achieve the best results for our clients. NetDocuments’ tight integration with our new PMS and innovative features, will enable our lawyers to take their work to the next level,” explained Greenaway.

On the other side, Jennifer Cathcart, Regional Manager, Asia-Pacific, NetDocuments, expressed her excitement about the future prospects the collaboration holds for the law firm. Kathcart stated, “NetDocuments is focused on delivering innovation that firms can rely on to drive their teams to produce their best work. We are excited about what Anderson Lloyd and other firms can achieve by using our platform as they build a solid foundation to take advantage of the rapid advances in legal technology.”
