Spellbook has announced a partnership with iManage to launch a new integration that allows legal teams to access iManage documents directly inside Spellbook without downloading and re-uploading files.
The integration enables users to bring firm documents, precedents and contract history into Spellbook workflows, with answers grounded in selected documents and citations back to the original source. Teams can also review incoming paper against internal standards by using iManage documents as reference files.
Spellbook said the partnership will help legal teams make better use of the document libraries they have built over time, including for contract review, drafting and deal analysis.
